Are you getting ready for dinner?

Is it you doing the BBQ, mh?

If you’re not the one sending this way that amazing and
tempting BBQ’s smell here is a perfect BBQ and healthy meal
idea (that’s very special), and that you might want to try
later this week… or maybe during the weekend so I can
stop by :-)

It’s special because the foods included are chockfull of nutrients
that help to balance your mood, make you feel good, and in general,
enhance your overall mental health.

Among the key nutrients are essential fatty acids and tryptophan,
and a whole spectrum of nerve-calming vitamins and minerals.

And what’s best, it’s something super easy to make.

It’s grilled salmon sprinkled with some Madras curry powder and
peeled and sliced grapefruit on the side. (By the way, did you
know that the scent of grapefruit alone can help you relax?)

Accompany the salmon with potato salad and a green salad made
with:

Spinach, lettuce or/and mustard greens, fresh basil, chives,
and cucumber.

For the dressing try flaxseed oil (also called linseed oil) or
cold pressed extra virgin olive oil with cider vinegar, a
pinch of salt, freshly ground pepper and, the final touch, freshly
crushed garlic.
