We got great feedback on yesterday’s email; many of
our readers got excited with the mussels recipe and are
ready to give it a try. I know… you tend to fall into a
routine and that includes the foods you eat. That’s why I
always make an effort to look for different ingredients
and am constantly experimenting in the kitchen (try
doing the same.)

Eating a varied diet is crucial for you to get a whole
range of powerful nutrients that build good health daily.

And one of our goals with Gail is to provide you with ideas
and tips on how you can benefit from what Mother Nature
has to offer in a tasty way.

Unfortunately some people seem to underestimate this.
They want to know WHAT exactly is what they can do to
eliminate their symptoms.

I think they’re missing the whole point. To start with you
should give a lot of attention to what you eat. And if you’re
looking for a sole single thing to help you live a more
enjoyable and calmer life there’s not such single thing.

Better yet… not only the food you put in your mouth
is important. How you feed your mind is as much or maybe
more important than food. Surprised? It’s true.
It’s hard to separate both. You are what you eat but you are
what you think too. Mmmh. interesting. It’s a paradox…

Mind and body are inseparable. You need to be healthy to
think healthy, and think healthy to have physical health.
