Yesterday I had an appointment in Toronto and on my way
back home I hit one of the big stressors there is for us …
a traffic jam.

And this wasn’t an easy one.

The 401 is a super busy highway here, full of trucks and cars
almost all the time.

Without knowing it, I jumped on it yesterday afternoon to
find out right after that it had some lanes closed and that the
traffic was terrrrible.

It took me two hours to get home when
under normal circumstances it takes me 50 minutes.

But that’s not all. Guess what. My car doesn’t have air
conditioning. I didn’t need it in Vancouver where I lived
for a while (and the truth is that I haven’t bothered getting
it here despite the fact that we have some hot months,
believe it or not.).

Well, the air was hot, quiet and humid. I started to feel like
a sticker rapidly.

Ah, and as if that wasn’t enough, a huge garbage truck was in
front of me. There was no way out. You could see a long river of
cars going up to the horizon.

After 30 minutes or so, and after leaving my mind wander, I
started to tense up and feel tired.

Then somehow I remembered and thought, how didn’t I
remember this before.

I recalled a powerful stress technique I’ve used in the past that
works wonders and that can be used on the go.

I got it from a guru of relaxation and meditation - and other
mind/body techniques. He’s helped thousands of people worldwide,
literally, with their physical and mental health and he knows
all kinds of effective ways to reduce stress in just 5 minutes
or less. And they can be used on the go.

With him I learned how to use my own name to drop stress in
seconds, and how to use certain pictures to finally let go things
that cause mental distress.

So, I want to invite you to take a look at his new program
that’s about 5 minute stress reduction techniques, and see how
it can help you relax in a snap, focus on what’s important,
eliminate self-sabotage and even achieve your goals easier and
faster.

Stress is a killer, you and I know that.

It causes inflammation and leads to diseases.

It overworks certain parts of your body like the adrenals,
which have a direct effect on your mood, energy levels,
libido and sleep pattern to name a few.

It makes you irritable and tired.

Unfortunately, most of us have to put up with high levels of
stress and for multiple reasons. I think that you ought to
yourself to do whatever it is in your powers to maintain stress
under control, and lead a more relaxed and enjoyable life.

The stress reduction program that only takes five minutes
can help you eliminate stress, achieve much more and also have
more fun in your life.

Check it out and see how you like it.
